We ship our orders with Fedex Priority Overnight to arrive the day before your event unless your release is on a Monday or Tuesday. Packages for Monday releases arrive on Saturday and packages for Tuesday releases arrive on Tuesday. If your event is on Tuesday you accept that your package could be delayed and that Farfalla Butterfly Co. is not responsible for any delayed packages. Your tracking information will be sent to the email address you provide when placing your order. Fedex estimates all priority packages by 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. We will know your estimated delivery time when we print your shipping label and ship your order. Sometimes we unexpectedly sell out early and must have butterflies shipped to you to a supplier in another state.
The customer must be available to accept your package when it is delivered. We are not responsible for any stolen packages or packages left outside. Once the package of butterflies is scanned in by Fedex it is then your responsibility, it is your responsibility to track your package and it is also your responsibility to contact fedex. We are not liable for any unexpected shipping delays, that includes any delays that are out of our control. (weather delays, maintenance delays, any acts of God). Once Fedex has possession of your package, it becomes your responsibility, you are liable for what happens next, we do not offer any refunds once Fedex has your package.
