Refund policy

GUARANTEE FOR LIVE BUTTERFLIES- 

We at Farfalla Butterfly Company we guarantee that our butterflies will arrive alive and healthy.  Please inspect upon arrival.  If upon inspection you find that butterflies did not survive we must be notified within 24 hours and the butterflies must be returned to us by mail. Refunds for any expired butterflies will be issued within 20 days of return. The instructions that are included with your order must be followed carefully to assure that the butterflies stay alive and healthy until release.
